摘要 设计一种注入式混药装置,该装置可与柱塞泵喷雾设备配套,采用药剂与水并列注入混药方式,以霍尔元件间接测量的柱塞泵流量为变量依据,在分析混药泵与柱塞泵之间的线性关系的基础上,通过宽频调制技术控制原药注入量,实现了动态定比例的混药。试验结果表明,该系统工作可靠,混药比控制精度达到95%以上,可满足大部分田间施药作业要求。 A drug injection type mixing apparatus was designed, supported with the plunger pump spraying equipment, used the pharmaceutical drugs mixed with water injected parallel way, based on the variable of Hall element indirect measurement. The dynamic and calibrated mixing pesticide way is achieved on the base of analyzing the linear relation between the pesticide pump and the plunger pump, and controlling the technical material injection rate by the wideband modulation technique. The test results show that, the system is reliable, and the control precision of mixing pesticide is exceed 95 %, it can meet the requirement of spraying drugs in most farmlands.
