摘要
提出对香蕉假茎进行切条烘干后编织成绳子的方法,并提出一种香蕉假茎切条机用于对香蕉假茎进行切割。该机由电动机、动力传动部分、自动输入输出机构、切片刀组和止卷机构等组成。自动输入输出机构能够碾压脱水并运送香蕉假茎,切片刀组能将香蕉假茎切条,止卷机构能防止香蕉假茎打卷。试验结果表明,该机构性能稳定,切条合格率达98%以上。
In this paper, we present a method that cut the banana cauloid braiding into a rope. On the basis of it, we present the banana cauloid cutting machine for cutting the banana cauloid, which consists of the motor, power transmission parts, automatic input and output mechanism, slicing knife set and cauloid uncrimp structure. The banana cauloid can be transported and rolled by automatic input and output mechanisms. Slicing knife set can make banana cauloid into strips. Cauloid uncrimp structure can prevent the banana cauloid from crimping. Test results show that the banana cauloid cutting machine's performance is very stability, cutting rate of 98%.
