摘要
以某四缸直喷共轨轻型车用柴油机为样机,对三种不同结构燃烧室在无预喷和有预喷时的性能进行试验研究,对比分析不同预喷提前角下的燃油经济性、排放性等。结果表明:在最大转矩点有较大相对容积比的1号燃烧室在无预喷和有预喷时具有较优的碳烟排放和恶化的NOX排放,同时三种燃烧室在预喷提前角为12°CA时有较为折中的排放特性。最大转矩转速50%负荷时有中等相对容积比的3号燃烧室有较优的NOX和碳烟排放特性。
Fuel consumption and emission at different pre-injection angle of advance were measured and analyzed for a four cylinder, direct injection, common rail, light truck diesel engine with three different combustion chambers with and without pilot-injection. The results show that at maximum torque condition NO. 1 combustion chamber with bigger surface and volume ratio has better smoke and worse NOx emission with and without pilot-injection. All of the three combustion chambers have a compromise emission at 12°CA pilot-injection advance angle. At maximum torque and 50% load NO. 3 combustion chamber with middle surface and volume ratio has excellent smoke and NOx emission.
