Antibiotics resistance of Group B streptococcus

摘要 B族链球菌是导致孕产妇和新生儿围生期感染的主要细菌性病原之一，其危害严重。随着产时抗生素预防策略的实施以及抗生素的过度使用，近年来出现了B族链球菌对多类抗生素耐药的现象，且对部分抗生素耐药情况严重。现对B族链球菌对多类抗生素的耐药情况及耐药机制等方面进行综述。 Group B streptococcus （GBS） is one of the main pathogens of serious perinatal infectious diseases, associated with neonatal high morbidity and mortality. Recently, with maternal intrapartum antibiotic prophylaxis policies were implemented for the prevention of GBS infections and widespread use of antibiotics, the antibiotics resistance of GBS emerged and GBS resistant to some antibiotics severely. This review aimes to summarize the current status of antibiotics resistance and the resistance mechanism of GBS.
