黄芪联合替米沙坦治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效及作用机制

Clinical effect and principle for orally taking telmisartan and astragalus in the treatment of heart failure

①目的探讨黄芪联合替米沙坦治疗心力衰竭（心衰）的临床疗效以及其作用机制。②方法选取唐山市人民医院2014年4月～2015年6月收治的102例心衰患者进行回顾性分析。用随机数据表格法将其分为观察组和对照组各51例。观察组采用黄芪联合替米沙坦治疗;对照组单纯采用替米沙坦治疗。两组均采用彩色多普勒超声对左室舒张末期内径（LVD）、左室收缩末期内径（LVS）、左室射血分数（EF）进行测定。分析对比两组患者的临床疗效及LVD、LVS、EF的变化情况。③结果观察组采用黄芪联合替米沙坦治疗的总有效率94.12%（48/51）,明显高于对照组单纯采用替米沙坦的80.39%（41/51）;其无效占比5.88%（3/51）,明显低于对照组19.61%（10/51）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗前心功能比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）,治疗后心功能均较前有所改善。观察组患者心功能改善情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。④结论黄芪联合替米沙坦治疗心衰疗效显著,能够明显缓解心衰症状,提高心室射血分数,在心衰的临床治疗中具有重要的意义。

Objective Analyze the clinical effect and principle for orally taking telmisartan and astragalus in the treatment of heart failure.Methods From April 2014 to June 2015,102 heart failure patients admitted in the Tangshan People＇s Hospital were selected for retrospective study.Equally divided them into observation group and control group stochasticaly.Telmisartan and astragalus were taken in the observation group,and only vtelmisartan was taken in the control group.Examined the BNP level, using color doppler flow imaging tested left ventricular end-diastolic diameter LVD, left ventricular end systolic diameter LVS and left ventricular ejection fraction. Results The observation group was higher in total effective obviously. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）.The cardiac function were had no obvious difference before treatment（ P 〉0.05）,and they were both improved after theropy.But the improvement in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Distinct effect was observed in taking telmisartan and astragalus at the same time in the treatment of heart failure.It could obviously alleviate the symptoms of heart failure, improve ejection fraction. It would be of great importance in the clinical treatment of heart failure, and worthy of spreading.
