Sleep status and life satisfaction of public security police

1目的探讨和了解公安警官的睡眠状况和生活满意度情况,为改善其睡眠质量、提高其生活满意度提供理论依据。2方法使用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)和生活满意度指数B(LSIB)对全国970名公安警官的睡眠质量、生活满意度进行统计分析。3结果公安警官的总体睡眠问题显著高于常模(t=4.054-14.298之间,P<0.001);睡眠总分男性显著高于女性(t=2.877,P<0.01);不同年龄段有显著差别(F=4.499,P<0.05)。公安警官的生活满意度得分低于常模(t=-15.387,P<0.01);不同年龄段公安警官的生活满意度有显著差别(F=4.487,P<0.05);不同性别、不同受教育程度公安警官生活满意度无差别。公安警官的生活满意度与睡眠质量得分显著负相关(r=-0.569,P<0.01)。4结论公安警官总体睡眠状况比全国常模较差,男性比女性差,睡眠问题随年龄增长而逐渐严重;公安警官总体生活满意度低于全国常模:不同年龄段有显著差别;不同性别、不同受教育程度无差别。生活满意度与睡眠状况密切相关,睡眠状况越好,生活满意度越高。

Objective To study the sleep status and life satisfaction of public security police, and provide the theory basis for improving their sleep and life satisfaction.Methods A total of 970 public security police were investigated by SRSS and LSIB.Results For sleep,the status of public security police were significantly higher than the norm（t =4.054-14.298,P〈0.001）,male was higher than female （t =2.877, P〈0.01） ; There was significant difference between different age of police （F=4.499, P〈0.05）.For life satisfaction,the score of public security police was significantly lower than the norm（t= -15.387, P〈0.001）, there was significant difference between different age of police （F=4.487, P〈 0.05） ,but no significant differences between different gender and education level nation of police.There was significantly negative correlation between sleep and life satisfaction（r=-0.569,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The sleep status of public security police is poorer than the norm,and male is poorer than female, it becomes poor along with age;Public security police＂ life satisfaction is lower than the norm, it is influenced by age.Life satisfaction is closely related to sleep and sleep better,the higher life satisfaction.
