摘要
科学仪器是科技创新的重要支撑之一,科学仪器的开放、共享对节约社会资源、降低创新成本,提高科技创新能力有重要意义。文章以青岛市科学仪器工作为例,对地方性仪器共享政策的实施情况进行了评估,总结了存在的问题和不足,并提出了解决问题的新思路。
Scientific instruments is one of the important supports of technological innovation. Opening and sharing of scientific instruments have important significance for saving social resources, reducing the costs of innovation and improving the technological innovation capability. The article takes scientific instruments service of Qingdao for example, which evaluates the status of implementation of local shared instruments policies, summarizes the problems and shortcomings, and put forward new ideas to solving problems.
