锑钛复合催化剂半消光聚酯等温结晶性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用锑(Sb)钛(Ti)复合催化剂,在300 L反应釜中合成半消光聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),通过差示扫描量热仪研究了不同Sb/Ti复合比的PET在195~210℃的等温结晶性能,并对PET的常规性能和热性能进行表征。结果表明:随着复合催化剂中Ti含量的增加,PET的等温结晶速度先快后慢,Ti系催化剂质量分数为50%时,PET等温结晶速度最快,Ti系催化剂质量分数为100%时,PET等温结晶速度最慢;当Ti系催化剂质量分数大于50%时,PET切片开始变黄;随着催化剂中Ti含量的增加,PET的冷结晶温度逐渐升高,熔融结晶温度先升高后降低,Ti系催化剂质量分数为50%时出现拐点。 A semi-dull polyethylene terephthalate (PET) chip was synthesized by using antimony (Sb) and titanium (Ti) composite catalyst on a 300 L reactor. The isothermal crystallization behavior of PET was studied by using Sb/Ti catalyst at different mass ratio at 195 -210 ℃. The conventional properties and thermal stability of PET were characterized. The results showed that the isothermal crystallization rate of PET became from high to low while increasing the Ti content of composite catalyst; the isothermal crystallization rate was maximized when Ti catalyst was 50% by mass fraction and was minimized when Ti catalyst was 100% by mass fraction; PET chip became yellow when the mass fraction of Ti catalyst was above 50% ; the cool crystallization temperature of PET was gradually increased and the melt crystallization temperature was increased and then decreased when the Ti content was increased in the composite catalyst; and the turning point appeared at 50% Ti catalyst by mass fraction.
