光伏水泵系统电机轻载运行节能研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对光伏水泵运行于轻载状态的情况,在分析水泵系统负载感应电机矢量控制方法的基础上,将弱磁控制投入轻载状态的控制。对相关的励磁电流优化原理进行证明,并利用Matlab/Simulink工具建立仿真模型,对优化前后的电机运行特性进行求取。仿真结果表明良好的磁通控制能够在轻载情况下对有限的太阳能电能进行高效应用,且系统可获得良好的转矩稳定性能,为光伏水泵系统轻载状态高效运行提供技术支撑。 For the case of PV water pumps running at light load state, based on the analysis of vector control method of induction motor for water pump, the flux- weakening method was put into the control at light load state. The related excitation current optimization principle was proved, and the simulation model was set up by using Matlab/Simulink to get engine operation characteristics about optimization. The simulation results show that the good flux control can efficiently utilize solar power at light load state, the system can achieve stable performance of torque and provide technical support for the efficient operation of PV water pump system at light load state.
