摘要 对采用DSG槽式太阳集热器的光煤互补机组,建立回热系统与太阳集热器协同优化模型。以某600 MW光煤互补机组为例,引入粒子群算法(PSO)进行优化设计,对不同集成方案的机组发电成本进行计算分析。结果表明:粒子群算法收敛快、稳定性好,能适用于光煤互补机组回热系统优化,优化后的机组循环热效率较优化前均有不同程度提高;太阳集热器入口水源引自给水泵,出口蒸汽取代第2段抽汽的方案在优化后的混合发电成本最低,节能效果最优。 A collaborative optimization model for heat recovery system and solar collector was established for solar and coal-fired hybrid power plant, which adopted DSG trough solar collector. Taking a 600 MW solar and coal-fired hybrid power plant as a study object, particle swarm optimization (PSO) was applied to solve the feed-water heating allocation problem of solar and coal-fired hybrid power plant, compute and analyze the hybrid generating cost of the unit for different schemes. The results demonstrate that PSO has a better convergence ability and search performance, and can be applied to optimize the heat recovery system of solar and coal-fired hybrid power plant; the unit thermal efficiency has been improved to different degrees after optimization; The scheme that the inlet water of the solar collector is quoted from feed water pump and the steam at outlet of the collector system is used to replace the second stage extraction steam of turbine has the lowest hybrid generating cost.
