摘要
保温材料的透湿率对外墙外保温系统的保温效果和使用寿命具有重要影响,为了对近年来使用范围越来越广的岩棉保温板的透湿率进行研究。根据国际标准ISO 12572—2001和美国标准ASTM E96—00设计实验,采用湿杯实验测试了岩棉保温板在其不同表观密度、不同厚度和所处不同环境湿度的情况下的透湿率,将实验数据进行最小二乘拟合,从所得到的拟合曲线及公式中分析不同因素对岩棉保温板透湿性能影响的情况。
The water vapor transmission rate of insulation materials is important to the insulation effect and the life of the exterior insulation system. To determine the water vapor transmission of rock wool insulation board, the water method was used according to ISO 12572:2001 (E) and ASTM E96-00 in different apparent densities, different thicknesses and different types of humidity. The least square method was used to fit the experimental data and different factors affecting the permeability of rock wool were analyzed with the fitting curve and formula obtained.
