摘要
绿色技术的应用在一定程度增加了绿色建筑消防安全隐患。本研究对绿色技术在绿色建筑消防上存在的安全隐患影响因素进行分析,并基于模糊层次分析法建立了绿色技术火灾危险性评价指标及评价模型。选取常州市某绿色建筑为案例进行火灾风险评价。结果表明:该建筑绿色技术火灾风险等级为Ⅲ级(中等危险性),存在的火灾风险主要表现在影响建筑结构稳定性、加速火势蔓延、加速烟气扩散等扩大火灾危害方面,并对该建筑火灾防范措施提出建议。
To a certain extent, application of green technology increases the fire safety hazards of green buildings. In this study, fire risk factors of green buildings caused by green technology were analyzed. Besides, green technology fire risk assessment index and evaluation model were established based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. One green building was chosen to assess the fire risk in the city of Changzhou. The results show that its fire risk grade is Ill (moderate risk). Fire hazards mainly lie in affecting the structural stability of the building, accelerating the spread of fire and smoke and so on. In addition, fireproof measures were proposed for this building.
