摘要
本文主要论述了桁架门式起重机结构有限元分析后处理技术的实现,从有限元分析的原理出发,结合起重机械设计规范GB/T3811-2008的核算要求,论述了采用APDL语言编程处理桁架门式起重机结构分析的强度、稳定性验算以及结果输出文件的处理过程,为更高效地利用有限元对起重机械金属结构分析后的计算结果提供一种参考,同时也方便研究人员对计算结果的读取理解。
This paper mainly discusses the implementation of finite element analysis post-processing technology on truss-type gantry crane, starting from the principles of finite element analysis, combined with the calculation require- ments of the design rules(GB/T 3811-2008) for cranes, describes the process of treating the analyzed strength, stabili- ty verification and calculation,and results output of truss-type gantry crane structure by APDL language program- ming.It provides a reference for a higher efficient using of the calculation results analyzed on the crane mental struc- ture by finite element, and it is also convenient for the researchers to read and understand the calculation results.
