快速康复外科在腹腔镜膀胱全切术围手术期中的应用

Application of fast- track surgery on laparoscope total cystectomy in peri- operative period

目的：探讨快速康复外科在腹腔镜膀胱全切术围手术期中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年1月~2014年12月我院腹腔镜膀胱全切手术患者60例,随机等分为试验组与对照组。对照组实施常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上引入快速康复外科理念。比较两组患者术后恢复情况及并发症情况。结果：两组患者在首次进食时间、肛门恢复排气、排便时间、住院时间等有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,试验组并发症的发生少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：将快速康复理念应用于膀胱全切手术患者的围手术期护理,能够使患者的首次排气排便时间、首次进食时间提前,住院时间缩短,并能有效地减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者康复。

Objective ： To discuss the application effect of fast - track surgery on laparoscope total cystectomy in peri - operative period. Methods ： Selected 60 cases of laparoscope total cystectomy patients in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014, divided them into two equal teams of experimental group and control group at random, conduct regular nursing on control group and introduce fast track surgery conception on the basis of regular nursing on experi- mental group. Compare the postoperative recovery condition and symptom condition of patients from these two groups. Results：There was statistic meaning on the first eating time, exhaust recovery from anus, defecation time and hospital stays （ P 〈 0.05 ） on the two group patients, the occurrence rate of complica- tion from experimental group was less than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The application of fast track conception on laparoscope total cystectomy in peri - operative period can advance the time of first exhaust recovery and first eating, shorten the hospital stays, reduce the occurrence rate of complication ef- fective and promote patient recovery.
