摘要
目的:研究护理工作坊对直肠癌造口患者健康教育效果的影响。方法:选取2011年8月~2014年4月在我院接受直肠癌造口治疗的患者98例,将2011年8月~2012年12月期间的患者49例作为对照组,采用传统常规的健康教育护理模式;将2013年1月~2014年4月期间的患者49例作为观察组,采用护理工作坊干预的健康教育护理模式。对比两组患者的健康教育效果。结果:观察组患者的焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患者在自我概念、自我责任感、健康知识水平、自我护理技能以及自我护理能力方面均具有明显优势,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:护理工作坊能够有效地改善直肠癌造口患者的焦虑水平,提高患者的自我护理能力,值得临床上推广使用。
Objective :To study the nursing workshop's health education effect influence on colorectal cancer patients with colostomy. Methods:Select 98 cases of colorectal cancer patients with colostomy in our hospital from August 2011 to April 2014, take 49 patients cases from August 2011 to December 2012 as control group, adopted traditional regular health education nursing mode, and take another 49 patients from January 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital as observation group,which adopted health education nursing mode with intervention from nursing workshop, compared the education effect from these two groups. Results : Anxiety scores from observation group was lower than control group, the difference has statistical meaning ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the observation group patients have obvious advantage on self concept, self responsibility, health knowledge level, self nursing skill and self care ability, the difference also has statistical meaning ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The nursing workshop can improve the anxiety level of colorectal cancer patients with colostomy effectively, improve patients' self nursing ability, which is worth to be promoted on clinic.
