耳穴压豆联合腹部穴位按摩治疗中风后便秘的效果观察

Effect observation of auricular point pressing with bean combining with abdomen massage on constipation after apoplexy

目的：探讨耳穴压豆联合腹部穴位按摩治疗中风后便秘的应用效果。方法：选取2014年1月~2015年6月我院中风后便秘的患者60例并随机等分为对照组及治疗组,对照组实行常规治疗手段,治疗组采取耳穴压豆联合腹部穴位按摩方法。观察并记录患者14 d的每天排便情况,比较两组患者的排便改善情况。结果：治疗组便秘改善优于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：耳穴压豆联合腹部穴位按摩能有效改善中风后便秘。

Objective ： To explore the effect of auricular point pressing with bean combining with abdomen massage on constipation after apoplexy. Methods： The 60 cases of patients with constipation after apoplexy admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given the conventional treatments while the treatment group was treated with auricular point pressing with bean combining with abdomen massage. The patients＇ defecation situations of each day were observed and recorded for 14 days and the im- provement of the patients＇ defecation situations of the two groups were compared. Results ： Improvement of the patients＇ defecation situations in the treatment group was better than that of the control group ; the comparison between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Auricular point pressing with bean combining with abdomen massage can effectively improve the constipation after apoplexy.
