血浆同型半胱氨酸检测用于急性脑梗死患者的临床研究

Clinical research on plasma homocysteine in detection of patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的研究血浆同型半胱氨酸用于检测急性脑梗死患者的临床意义。方法回顾分析我院神经内科2014年10月~2015年4月收治的急性脑梗死患者68例,作为研究组,同时选取52例健康体检人群,作为对照组,分别检测两组人群的血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,并对检测结果进行比较分析。结果研究组Hcy检测值为（20.1±3.8）μmol/L,对照组Hcy检测值为（11.2±4.1）μmol/L,研究组明显高于对照组;研究组高Hcy血症检测阳性人数为41例,高Hcy血症检测阳性率为60.3%,明显高于对照组（对照组的检测阳性人数为3例,检测阳性率5.8%）。两组比较有统计学差异。结论血浆同型半胱氨酸水平增高可以作为急性脑梗死患者的独立危险因素,对于高危人群和既往有过类似病史的患者进行检测和跟踪监测,不仅可以有效监测预警缺血性脑血管疾病的发生,而且通过控制高Hcy血症,可以延缓动脉粥样硬化的发生,具有非常重要的临床意义。

Objective To study clinical significance of plasma homocysteine in detection of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 68 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to department of neurology in our hospital from October 2014 to April 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the research group. At the same time, 52 healthy people were set as the control group. Plasma homocysteine levels of patients in two groups were respectively detected and the detection results were compared and analyzed. Results Hcy detection values of the research group and the control group were（20.1±3.8）μmol/L and（11.2±4.1）μmol/L respectively. Hcy detection value of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The positive number of high Hcy hematic disease detection of the research group was 41 and the positive rate of high Hcy hematic disease detection was 60.3%, significantly higher than those of the control group（The positive number of detection was 3 and the positive rate was 5.8%）. There were significant statistical differences wheh two groups were compared. Conclusion Increase of plasma homocysteine can be as independent risk factors for patients with acute cerebral infarction. Detection and tracing monitoring of high risk group and those with history of similar diseases can not only effectively monitor and early warn occurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, but also delay occurrence of atherosclerosis by controlling high Hcy hematic disease. It is of very important clinical significance.
