不同亚胺培南输注时间治疗严重病原菌感染患者的疗效和安全性比较

Comparison of curative effects and safety of different infusion time of imipenem in treatment of patients with severe pathogenic bacteria infection

目的探析病原菌严重感染病人进行亚胺培南不同输注时间疗法的临床效果及安全性比较。方法对我院2013年9月~2014年6月病原菌严重感染患者100例,根据随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组,每组50例,研究组进行亚胺培南延长输注疗法,对照组进行亚胺培南常规疗法,比较两组的临床效果;比较两组的不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的临床有效率为86.0%,显著高于对照组的56.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组发生皮疹、消化道不适、丙氨酸氨基转移酶升高等不良反应情况与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论病原菌严重感染患者进行亚胺培南延长输注疗法,临床效果确切,可靠安全,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the comparison of clinical curative effects and safety of different infusion time of imipenem in treatment of patients with severe pathogenic bacteria infection. Methods 100 patients with severe pathogenic bacteria infection who were admitted to our hospital from September 2013 to June 2014 were randomly allocated to the research group and the control group according to random digital table method,with 50 in each. The research group was received treatment of prolonged infusion of imipenem while the control group was received routine treatment of imipenem.Clinical curative effect and occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results Clinical effective rate of the research group was 86.0%,significantly higher than that of the control group 56.0%.The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Occurrence of adverse reactions included rash,digestive tract discomfort,elevated alanine aminotransferase and so on.Difference had no statistical significance when occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of prolonged infusion of imipenem for patients with severe pathogenic bacteria infection has accurate clinical curative effect.It is reliable and safe,worthy of clinical promotion.
