区域城镇化与旅游发展耦合协调关系及时空分异研究——以皖南文化旅游示范区为例

Spatial-temporal Differentiation of Coupling Coordination between Regional Urbanization and Tourism Development—Taking Culture Tourism Demonstration Area in Southern Anhui for example

基于耦合协调研究视角,以皖南文化旅游示范区为例,剖析旅游驱动背景下区域城镇化和旅游发展耦合协调关系及时空分异基本规律。研究表明:2000-2012年皖南文化旅游示范区城镇化和旅游发展系统得分值不断提高,总体上旅游发展高于区域城镇化水平;2000-2012年皖南文化旅游示范区系统耦合度C∈[0.52,0.75],位于磨合阶段;而系统协调度D∈[0.35,0.49],处于中度耦合协调状态,且区域城镇化与旅游发展耦合协调度呈现出上升态势;皖南文化旅游示范区城镇化与旅游发展耦合协调具有显著空间分异特征,总体表现为黄山、芜湖及马鞍山等地县(市)系统耦合协调程度较高;最后,从夯实城镇化发展基础、推进旅游产业集群建设、促使城镇与旅游规划一体化等方面提出未来皖南文化旅游示范区城镇化与旅游业协调发展的政策建议。

The paper took culture tourism demonstration area in southern Anhui as the research object, established index system of urbanization and tourism development system, using PCA model to measure the value of each system. Based on the coupling coordination model, the paper revealed urbanization and tourism development coupling characteristics and spatial pattern evolution from 2000 to 2012. The results showed that： the comprehensive values of urbanization and tourism development system raised during the study period, but the urbanization and tourism development comprehensive evaluation index system were negatively related characteristics; the coupling of urbanization and tourism development was in [0.52, 0.75], on the whole located in the run- ning-in stage; while the coordination degree of urbanization and tourism development was in [0.35, 0.49], generally belonged to moderate coupled coordination; coupling and coordinate of urbanization and tourism development had significant spatial differentiation, coupling coordination of high value areas were mainly distributed in Wuhu-Maanshan; finally the paper put forward policy suggestions about coupling coordination between urbanization and tourism development.
