国内旅游公共服务研究的文献计量和知识图谱分析——基于CNKI数据的分析

Tourism Public Service Research in China:A Literature Review Which Bibliometric Analysis and Mapping Knowledge Domains by CNKI

运用文献计量和知识图谱分析方法,使用NoteExpress、SATI3.2、NetDraw、VOSviewer等工具,通过对2005年以来中国知网(CNKI)提供的有关"旅游公共服务"文献和题录数据进行时间、空间、期刊、著者等文献特征进行统计,并通过关键词共现知识图谱分析"旅游公共服务"问题研究的主题分类、重点领域和主题间的关联关系,揭示"旅游公共服务"问题研究领域的总体状况、文献分布、变化规律、研究结构和发展趋势,提出该领域研究的5点规律性认识和启示,为今后"旅游公共服务"研究提供参考。

According to the principle of the bibliometrics and scientometrics ,this article reveals the time, space, periodicals, authors and subjects distributing characteristic by NoteExpress, SATI3. 2, NetDraw and VOSveiwer based on the statistics of the tourism public service research documents and bibliographical description data from 2005-2014 from CNKI. We also draw the knowledge map by Co-Occurrence keywords and reveal the cluster density view of tourism public service research topics. In the end, the paper puts forward 5 regular awarenesses and enlightenments in the field of tourism public service research, to provide a reference for the future.
