在校护生人文关怀理念培养状况的调查与分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文比较大一与大三护生人文关怀理念的培养状况并分析其影响因素,提出有针对性的培养策略。通过应用护士人文关怀品质量表(护生版)对某高校112名大一与118名大三护生进行调查,应用SPSS19.0统计软件包进行数据录入及Wilcoxon秩和检验分析处理数据。得出结论,需要加紧教育培养:教师需加强人文修养;教师需关爱学生,并建立起充满关爱的护理专业文化氛围;教师需注重理念引导,并与临床实践困境紧密结合;教师尤其需要注意引导学生全方位、多角度思考病人及其问题。 This study is to compare the perceptions of human caring between first - year and third - year nursing students, then analyze the influencing factors for providing a highly individualized teaching strategy. There are two sample groups: group 1 includes 112 first - year nursing students and group 2 consists of 118 third- year nursing students. All of them are from one university. Data were collected by questionnaire named nurse's human caring quality scale (student edition) and analyzed using SPSS 19.0. Wilcoxon rank sum test was used in this report. Conclusion: perceptions of human caring for nursing students through the three years of school learning did not develop but decline. It is urgent to intensify the education and training as followings: ①teachers need to enhance their perceptions of human caring, ②it is vital for the teachers care for their students, which establish a professional nursing culture atmos- phere with love, ③teachers should give the correct guidance to nursing students as to the perceptions of caring, which was combined with the clinical practice closely and④ it is significant for the teachers to guide their students caring for their patients and their problems in all- round and multi- angle thinking way.
