雌激素联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症75例临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical curative effect of estrogen combined with anti-osteoporosis drug in treatment of 75 cases of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women

目的分析雌激素联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法研究对象将本院2014年1月-2015年3月收治的75例绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者纳入,抽签随机法分组。甲组患者予以抗骨质疏松药物干预,乙组患者在此基础上辅以雌激素治疗。连续用药24周,对比分析两组患者治疗效果、L2-4腰椎骨密度、药物副作用的差异。结果乙组治疗总有效率显著高于甲组,所有患者L_（2-4）腰椎骨密度均有所上升,其中乙组L2-4腰椎骨密度明显高于甲组,且乙组药物副作用更少,上述指标对比差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论雌激素联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的临床疗效确切,可有效提高骨密度,减少药物副作用,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of estrogen combined with anti-osteoporosis drug in treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Methods 75 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis who were admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were included as research objects and they were allocated to the group A and group B according to random method.The group A was received anti-osteoporosis drug intervention while the group B was received adjuvant treatment of estrogen at the basis of group A.They were medicated for 24 weeks.Curative effect,L2-4 lumbar bone mineral density and side effects of drugs of patients in two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of the group B was significantly higher than that of the group A L2 -4 lumbar bone mineral density of all patients were increased.And L2-4 lumbar bone mineral density of group B was significantly higher than that of the group A.In addition, group B had fewer side effects of drugs.Differences in above indexes difference all had statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Estrogen combined with anti-osteoporosis drug in treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women has an accurate clinical curative effect.It can effectively improve bone mineral density and reduce the side effects of drugs,worthy of promotion.
