我院儿科抗感染药物使用情况分析

Analysis of usage of anti-infection drugs in department of pediatrics in our hospital

目的探讨我院儿科抗感染药物使用情况,从而为临床合理用药提供依据。方法选取2014年1月-2015年1月期间来我院治疗的300例儿科患者作为研究对象,对300例患者的病历进行回顾性分析,分析我院儿科抗感染药物的使用情况。结果 300例患者中使用抗感染药物治疗的为120例（40.0%）,明显低于国家卫生部制定的50%指标,与国际卫生部标准差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。常用的抗感染药物为头孢菌素类,占11.3%,其次分别为青霉素类、植物类抗病毒药物、抗病毒药物、大环内酯类、克林霉素类、硝基咪唑类;使用1种抗生素药物治疗的占35.3%,联合用药率为4.7%;使用抗生素治疗的120例患者中有42例患者用药不合理,占14.0%。结论当前我院对儿科抗感染药物的使用仍存在一定不合理现象,临床上治疗医师要严格根据患者病情、药物适应证等合理用药,从根本上保证用药安全。

Objective To explore usage of anti-infection drugs in department of pediatrics in our hospital to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods 300 children who were treated in department of pediatrics in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as research objects. Medical records of them were retrospectively analyzed to analyze usage of anti-infection drugs in department of pediatrics in our hospital. Results In 300 children, 120（40.0%） cases received treatment of anti-infection drugs, significantly lower than that of 50% index made by National Ministry of Health. Difference with standard of National Ministry of Health was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Common anti-infection drugs was cephalosporin medicine accounting for 11.3%, followed by penicillins, plant antiviral drug, antiviral drug, macrolides, clindamycin and nitroimidazole. Treatment of usage of one kind of antibiotic drugs accounted for 35.3% and rate of combined medication was 4.7%. In 120 patients with treatment of antibiotic drugs, 42 patients had irrational usage of medicine, accounting for 14%. ConclusionNow, usage of anti-infection drugs in department of pediatrics in our hospital is irrational to some degree. Clinical physicians need rationally use drugs according to diseases conditions of patients, drug indications and so on to fundamentally guarantee medication safety.
