N-端脑利钠肽前体水平和妊娠高血压综合征严重程度的分析

Analysis on precursor level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide and severity degree of pregnancy induced hypertension

目的探讨N-端脑利钠肽前体水平和妊娠高血压综合征严重程度情况。方法选择2012年1月-2013年3月我院100例妊娠高血压综合征患者临床资料,同时选取同期健康妊娠孕妇30例作为对照组。观察两组研究对象N-端脑利钠肽前体水平和平均动脉压情况,观察N-端脑利钠肽前体水平和妊娠高血压综合征严重程度相关性情况。结果妊高征组孕产妇N-端脑利钠肽前体水平和平均动脉压均高于对照组,t=15.61、24.87,N-端脑利钠肽前体水平和妊娠高血压综合征严重程度呈现明显的正相关性,差异有统计学意义（r=0.235,P〈0.05）。结论 N-端脑利钠肽前体水平和妊娠高血压综合征严重程度呈现明显的相关性,可以作为早期诊断和评估妊娠高血压综合征患者的敏感指标。

Objective To study the precursor level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide and the severity degree of pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods 100 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension,who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2013,were analyzed as the clinical data,at the same time the other 30 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.To observe the precursor level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide and average arterial pressure situation between the two groups.To observe the correlation between the precursor level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide and the severity degree of pregnancy induced hypertension. Results The precursor level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide and average arterial pressure in PIH group were higher than which in control group（t=15.61,24.87）,there was significantly positive correlation compared with the precursor level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide and the severity degree of pregnancy induced hypertension（r=0.235）,the differences were statically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The precursor level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide was significantly positive correlation with the severity degree of pregnancy induced hypertension,could be the sensitive index for early diagnosis and evaluation in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.
