65例血液肿瘤患者化疗期间的静脉护理

Intravenous nursing care of 65 patients with hematological malignancies during chemotherapy

目的探讨血液肿瘤患者化疗期间的静脉护理的临床经验。方法选择于2013年1月-2015年1月来我院接受治疗的65例血压肿瘤患者为研究对象,采用静脉留置针,对其临床护理经验进行总结。结果 65例血液肿瘤患者使用静脉留置针进行静脉化疗,全程中没有药物外泄等的发生。有1例患者产生静脉炎,根据诊断标准判断为1级,并发症的发生率为1.54%。该患者经过对症治疗后痊愈。结论血液肿瘤患者在化疗时,使用静脉留置针进行输液,可以有效保护静脉,降低患者的痛苦,提高患者的生存质量,提高护理的质量,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the blood cancer patients during chemotherapy＇s clinical experience in the nursing care. Methods From January 2015 to January 2013,65 patients with blood pressure tumor were treated in our hospital as the research object,the use of intravenous indwelling needle,the clinical nursing experience was summarized. Results 65 cases of blood tumor patients using intravenous indwelling needle for intravenous chemotherapy,the whole process was not the occurrence of drug leakage.There was 1 cases of phlebitis,according to the criteria for diagnosis of 1,the incidence of complications was 1.54%.The patient was cured after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Patients with hematologic malignancies during chemotherapy,use of intravenous indwelling needle infusion can effectively protect the vein,reduce the patient＇s pain,improve the quality of life of patients,improve nursing quality,with important clinical application value.
