前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效

Alprostadil Combined with Mecobalamin for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将68例DPN患者按治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。2组均给予常规治疗。在此基础上,观察组给予前列地尔注射液联合甲钴胺注射液治疗,对照组给予甲钴胺注射液治疗。观察2组治疗前、治疗14d后运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)及临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗14d后MCV、SCV均快于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗DPN有较好的疗效,能够显著改善患者的临床症状,提高神经传导速度。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods Sixty-eight patients with DPN were given conventional treatment. In addition, theses patients were treated with mecobalamine injection alone（control group,n= 34） or in combination with alprostadil injection（observation group, n = 34）. Motor nerve conduction velocity（MCV） and sensory nerve conduction velocity （SCV） were observed before and after treatment for 14 days. Results Compared with control group, the overall response rate was significantly increased and the MCV and SCV were obviously improved in observation grouop after treatment for 14 days（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined treatment with alprostadil and mecobalamin is effective for DPN. It can significantly improve nerve conduction velocity and clinical symptoms in patients with DPN.
