社区家庭病床护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者生存质量的影响

Exploration of effect of community-family bed nursing on life quality of hemiplegic patients with stroke

目的探讨社区家庭病床护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2012年5月-2015年5月我社区的脑卒中偏瘫患者共92例,分为观察组和对照组。给予对照组常规护理;在对照组基础上,给予观察组社区家庭病床护理,观察对患者生存质量的影响。结果观察组生存质量主观感受评分,健康状况主观感受评分,生理领域评分,心理领域评分及社会关系领域评分,均高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在脑卒中偏瘫患者的恢复过程中应用社区家庭病床护理模式,能够促进患者的恢复进程,保障患者的生存质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore effect of community-family bed nursing on life quality of hemiplegic patients with stroke. Methods 92 hemiplegic patients with stroke in our community from May 2012 to May 2015 were selected and they were allocated to the observation group and the control group. The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was received community-family bed nursing at the basis of that in the control group. Life quality of patients was observed. Results Subjective feeling score of life quality, subjective feeling score of healthy conditions, physiological field score, psychological field score and social relationship score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group. Difference between two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Application of community-family bed nursing model in recovery of hemiplegic patients with stroke can promote recovery and guarantee life quality of patients, worthy of promotion.
