两种不同材料冠修复缺损前牙的临床效果比较

Comparison on clinical effect of anterior teeth defect of two different materials crown restoration

目的对78例前牙缺损患者行贵金属烤瓷冠及3M LAVA氧化锆全瓷冠修复的临床效果进行比较评价及分析。方法选取78例前牙缺损患者,其中35例行贵金属烤瓷冠修复,43例行3M LAVA氧化锆全瓷单冠修复,修复后1年对临床效果进行随访评估,并由患者根据评价疗效、填写修复满意度调查表,对两种修复体的临床疗效进行评价。结果经过1年的随访,临床修复效果评估中,3M LAVA氧化锆全瓷冠在修复体边缘和修复体颜色较贵金属烤瓷冠差异有统计学意义,修复体外形及修复体材料评分结果两者差异无统计学意义;患者满意度调查中,颜色匹配性两者差异有统计学意义。结论临床前牙缺损修复中,3M LAVA全瓷氧化锆修复体在边缘密合性、美观性及颜色方面优于贵金属烤瓷冠修复体。

Objective To carry out comparative evaluation and analysis on clinical effect of noble metal porcelain crown and 3M LAVA zirconia all ceramic crown restoration in 78 patients with anterior teeth defect. Methods To select 78 patients with anterior teeth defect, thereinto, to carry out noble metal porcelain crown restoration in 35 patients, to carry out 3M LAVA zirconia all ceramic crown restoration in 43 patients, to make follow-up evaluation for clinical effect after 1 year restoration, to fill in the questionnaire of prothetic satisfaction according to therapeutic evaluation by patients, to evaluate the clinical effect of the two kinds of restoration. Results Through the evaluation of clinical repairing effect in 1 year follow-up, the differences of restoration edge and color in 3M LAVA zirconia all ceramic crown was statically significant compared with which in noble metal porcelain crown, the differences of restoration shape and material was no statistical significance compared with the two different materials, the differences of color matching in satisfaction survey between the two different materials was statically significant. Conclusion 3M LAVA zirconia all ceramic crown restoration on anterior teeth defect is better on marginal adaptation, aesthetic property, and color than noble metal porcelain crown restoration.
