口腔炎喷雾剂联合阿糖腺苷治疗小儿普通型手足口病的疗效

Stomatitis Spray Combined with Adenine Arabinoside for Ordinary Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

目的观察口腔炎喷雾剂联合阿糖腺苷治疗小儿普通型手足口病的临床疗效。方法将126例普通型手足口病的患儿按入院的先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组63例。2组均采用注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗。在此基础上,观察组采用口腔炎喷雾剂治疗。观察2组退热时间、皮肤疱疹消退时间、口腔黏膜疱疹消退时间及临床疗效。结果观察组治愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组,退热时间、皮肤疱疹消退时间、口腔黏膜疱疹消退时间均较对照组缩短(均P<0.05)。结论口腔炎喷雾剂联合阿糖腺苷治疗小儿普通型手足口病可明显改善患儿的临床症状,缩短病程,减少重症病例,从而提高治愈率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of stomatitis spray combined with adenine arabinoside on ordinary hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD）. Methods According to the order of admission, 126 children with ordinary HFMD were treated with vidarabine monophosphate injection alone（control group, n= 63） or in combination with stomatitis spray（observation group, n=63）. The time to the subsidence of fever and cutaneous and oral mucosal herpes was recorded, and the clinical efficacy was observed in both groups. Results Compared with control group,the cure rate and total effective rate were increased and the time to the subsidence of fever and cutaneous and oral mucosal herpes was shortened in observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined treatment with stomatitis spray and vidarabine monophosphate for ordinary HFMD can increase the cure rate through improving clinical symptoms, shortening disease course and reduc- ing severe cases.
