摘要
温度是影响唾液淀粉酶活性的重要因素之一.在生化实验教师的指导下,学生通过"获取信息,提出问题;大胆猜想,设计实验;实验操作,收集数据;推导结论,交流评价;再现问题,延伸探究"等步骤自主探究实验,一改传统的验证性实验模式,这对于培养学生的科学探究能力大有裨益.
Temperature is one of the factors affecting the activity of salivary amylase. Under the guidance of biochemical empirical advisors, students probe into experiments on their own by means ofacquiring information, raising questions, presuming premises, designing experiment, operating experiment, collecting data, deducing results, exchange assessment, reproducing problems and furthering inquiry so as to reform traditional testifying experiment pattern, which is of great benefit to train students' scientific inquiring competence.
