摘要
力量训练对于高职院校篮球运动员来说非常重要,通过力量训练不仅可以增强身体的协调性和机体工作效率,还能提高身体控制力,避免运动损伤.对高职院校篮球运动员力量训练的现状进行分析,针对存在问题,从徒手训练、器械训练和专门性核心力量训练等方面给出提高篮球运动员力量的有效训练方法.
Strength training is very important to vocational college basketball players. It can strengthen their physical coordination and physical efficiency, improve their bodies' control ability, and avoid athletic injury. This Thesis analyzes the status in quo of the vocational college basketball players' strength training. In order to improve basketball players' strength, it also states several efficient training methods, such as empty-handed training, apparatus training, specific core strength training.
