摘要
为了解决爆炸现场恶劣环境所导致的传输电缆使用寿命低和操作人员安全性差等问题,设计了基于无线传输技术及USB总线的爆炸场测试系统.主要介绍了基于USB总线的无线传输技术应用在爆炸场测试系统中的设计方法.采用Cypress公司的CY7C68013A芯片作为主从机的USB主控芯片,分别描述了系统硬件设计方案、硬件接口设计以及主从机固件程序设计的方案.经过多次测试证实,该系统性能稳定,具有很好的推广价值.
In order to solve the problems of shorter service duration of transmission cable and poor safety of operation personnel that caused by the harsh environment of the explosive field, the explosion field testing system based on wireless transmission technology and USB bus is designed. This paper introduces the design method of wireless transmission based on USB bus technology which applied in the explosion field test system. Using Cypress company' s USB control chip CY7C68013A chip as the master-slave machine, describes respectively the system design scheme, hardware interface design, and firmware program design scheme of the master-slave machine. Experiments show that the control system is convenient and stable, and also has great popularization value.
