摘要
糕点切片机是一种自动将糕点切成片的小型机器,它可以将不同高度的糕点按照要求切成不同厚度的片状.该机器机构主要由两部分组成,一是糕点的直线间歇运动机构,二是切刀的往复直线运动机构,二者相互配合完成切片运动.本文根据机构技术指标要求以及系统的运动方案,计算出各机构的具体尺寸数据,并根据这些数据,用UG NX6.0画出三维模型图.
Pastry slice machine is a kind of small machine,which can cut pastry into pieces automatical- ly. With the pastry slice machine, different heights pastries can be cut into different thickness of the sheet in accordance with different requirements. The machine is mainly composed of two parts:one is the straight intermittent motion mechanism of the pastries, and the other is the recip- rocating linear motion of the cutter body, and the two complement must cooperate with each other,so as to complete the slice movement. According to the technical requirements and the sports programs of the system, the specific dimensions of the various parts are calculated, based on which,3-D model with UG NX6.0 is drawn.
