在目前的市场环境下,中小房地产开发企业融资难度加大,解决融资问题成为企业的头等大事.在分析目前我国中小房地产企业常见的融资方式和存在问题的基础上,有针对性提出了新的融资方式.

Under current market conditions,the financing in medium and small-sized real estate develo-ping enterprises is more and more difficult, and solving the financing problem has become the top priority of these enterprises. Based on the analysis of the current financing mode and the existing problems of medium and small-sized real estate enterprises in China,a new financing model is put forward in this paper.
