摘要
针对具有复杂空间中心曲线的高速铁路用ω弹条的几何建模,提出了一种基于逆向工程技术的建模方法.首先借助三坐标测量机获取ω弹条表面的点云,然后由同一垂直断面上的三点拟合截面圆,再将系列圆心依次相连为实体中心线,最后采用SOLDWORKS软件的曲线投影技术,实现∞弹条的逆向三维几何建模.给出了点云的误差控制方法,最优点云点数的有效利用率为96%,成圆率97%,满足逆向建模要求,为具有统一截面圆的零件逆向建模提供参考.利用得到的中心曲线,进行曲线拟合,得到曲线分段多项式数学表达,为后续优化设计提供高效参数化建模解决办法.
A modeling method of to railway spring clip with complex space center curve based on reverse engineering technology is presented for high-speed railway. Firstly, by means of coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to get ω railway spring clip surface point cloud, and then to fit a series of circle planes on many vertical sections using a group of three points in each section respectively. The central solid line can be formed by connecting these center points of series vertical section circles in sequence. The reverse geometry 3D model of ω railway spring clip can be obtained by using the curve projection technique of SOLDWORKS software. The error control method of point cloud is given, the effective utilization rate of the most advantage cloud points is 96%, and the rate of forming circle is 97%. The result meets the requirements of reverse modeling. Based on polynomial which is obtained from the 3 D curve fitting technology, it provides a valid way to parametric modeling. This method provides a reference for the reverse modeling of parts with uniform cross section.
