To thoroughly correct the wrong inner- party proneness, it is necessary to reveal the cognitive source of such proneness by profound philosophy thinking and right ideological line. During Yan＇an Period, Mao Zedong completed the systematic construction of the Party＇s ideological line both in form and in content, which promoted the mature of the Party＇s Three Excellent Workstyles. It worked as the symbol that the Party deeply realized the importance of theory construction and ideological construction, of Marxist Localization in China, and of mass viewpoint and mass line.
