摘要
当今社会,创意已成为竞争时代构建品牌城市的核心要素,也是城市发展不可忽视的核心竞争力,更是一个城市的灵魂。创意以城市发展轴心战略的姿态出现,通过强大的带动作用引领城市相关产业的整体发展。从创意经济的角度,对创意城市的内涵及形成机制进行深入的研究,进而探究创意城市的形成制约因素并提出创意空间构建、创意产业集聚、创意受众培育和创意阶层吸引的创意城市建设策略。
Currently ,creativity has become pivot aspect for establishing a model city ,as well as presenting the core competitivity of urban development, even the soul of a city. Creativity and innovation appear via key ur- ban developments strategy, directing the development of relevant industries by power full leading role. This pa- per provides in depth study for the contents and formation mechanisms of creative cities,from the perspective of creative economy. We further explore the restricting factors of the formation of creative cities, and propose several creative city construction strategies, including creative space construction, creative industry agglomera- tion, creativity cultivation and the creative personnel attraction.
