Preliminary Study on the Professional Master's Employment in Pilot Universities of “Personnel Training Program for Special Needs of Country”——A Case Study of Jiangsu University of Technology

结合"服务国家特殊需求人才培养项目"建设工作实际,以江苏理工学院为例,对试点高校首批毕业研究生面临的就业现状进行了调查,对就业形势进行了优势和劣势分析,从提高培养质量、加强就业服务等方面提出了促进硕士专业学位研究生就业的建议和对策。

Contacting with the reality of ＂personnel training program for special needs of country＂, this paper makes a survey,by taking 1iangsu university of technology as an example, on the employment status of the first graduate students in the pilot universities, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the employ- ment situation. Putting forward suggestions and countermeasures by improving the training quality and strengthening the service of employment.
