高校学报特色化发展与期刊主体意识的实现

Characteristic Development of University Journals and the Redization of the Journals Subject Consciousness

影响高校学报特色化办刊的诸因素中,主办者或主编对刊物的定位,是否有较高学术素养的编辑团队,能否以问题为中心设计栏目并策划专题,以及是否形成稳定的作者队伍,从而保障栏目有充足的优质稿件,是决定特色栏目成败的四个重要因素。在这些因素中,只有"人"具有主观能动性,由此提出在主编或编辑具备较高学术素养和较强的学术敏感性的前提下,通过特色栏目的专栏策划、专题选择、稿件组织等具体过程,充分实现编辑者的学术思想、办刊理念和学术倾向,使所办期刊逐步形成整体的学术特色。

Among the factors affecting the characteristics of journals of colleges and universities, there are four main factors determining the success or failure of the characteristic columns ： the position of organizers or edi- tor of journal, whether to have higher academic accomplishment of editors, whether to design the program and plan the project according to the problems and whether to form a stable team of authors to ensure high quality in columns to have enough manuscripts. Within these factors, only the＂ subject＂ has the subjective initiative. Thus I put forward under the premise that the editors have high academic quality and strong academic sensitiv- ity and through academic planning for special columns, project selecting, manuscript organizing, and other spe. cific process ,the editor＇s academic thoughts should be fully realized and their idea and the academic tendency should be expressed to make journals gradually form its overall academic characteristics.
