香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的抗炎作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用二甲苯致炎法,以小鼠腹部皮肤形成蓝色斑块深浅的级别、染料渗出量以及耳平均肿胀度和肿胀抑制率为指标,观察了香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的抗炎作用。结果显示香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷组蓝斑色泽深浅的记分、蓝斑染料渗出量以及耳平均肿胀度均比生理盐水组低(p<0.05)。对小鼠腹部皮肤毛细血管染料渗出的抑制率为28.27%;对耳肿胀的抑制率为52.73%。表明香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷对毛细血管渗透性亢进有明显的抑制作用。 Xylene - induced inflammation was used to study the anti - inflammatory effect of Chrysoeriol - 7 -β - D - glucopyra noside. The levels of blue plaque shades in average ear swelling and the rate of inhibition swelling were the Chrysoeriol -7 - β - D - glucopyra noside group were 0. 05 ) . The inhibition rate of Chrysoeriol - 7 - β - D - mice abdominal skin, the amount of dye leakage, the detected. Results showed that the above indexes value of significantly lower than that of the saline group (p 〈 glucopyra noside on abdominal skin capillary dye exudation and ear swelling were 28.27% and 52.73% respectively. These researches indicate that the Chrysoefiol -7 -β- D -glucopyra noside had significant inhibitory effect on capillary permeability.
