摘要
目的探讨分析激励机制在内分泌科护理管理绩效考核中的应用效果。方法采用科学的方法构建护士的绩效考核标准,然后根据绩效考核成绩制定合适的激励机制如关怀激励、榜样激励、培训激励及参与激励等方法,以提高护理人员的整体护理质量。结果通过采用激励机制后,显著提高了该科护理管理的绩效成绩,护理工作人员对其待遇及工作环境及更加满意,住院患者的满意度也明显提高。结论通过把激励机制应用的绩效考核上来,不仅改善了护理人员的护理质量,提高了绩效成绩,也使患者对护理人员的满意度大大提高,同时是护理人员更加积极工作,值得在临床上推广。
Objective Investigate the effect of the analysis of the incentive mechanism in the performance evaluation of nursing management in Department of Endocrinology. Methods The scientific method was adopted to construct the perfor-mance evaluation criteria of the nurses, and according to the performance evaluation results, the appropriate incentives, such as caring, role model, training motivation and participation incentive, etc., in order to improve the overall quality of nursing care. Results After the use of incentive mechanism, the performance results of nursing management in our hospital were improved significantly, the treatment and working environment of nurses were more satisfied. Conclusion Through the application of the incentive mechanism of performance assessment, not only improve the quality of nursing care, improve performance, but also to improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing staff, but also more positive work, is worthy of clinical promotion.
