人性化护理在护理管理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨人性化护理管理在医院护理管理中的应用价值,为今后研究和发展人性化护理管理提供必要的参考依据。方法该院自2013年开展人性化护理管理,对比分析2012年1—12月人性化护理管理实施前及2013年1—12月人性化护理管理实施后的管理效果。结果实施前护理人员对工作的满意度为68.75%,患者护理满意度为62.53%;人性化护理管理实施后,观察组护理人员对工作的满意度为99.17%,患者护理满意度为91.74%。实施后护理人员对工作的满意度均明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施前风险事件发生率为1.73%(32/1860),护理纠纷发生率为1.18%(22/1860);实施后风险事件发生率为0.05%(1/1840),护理纠纷发生率为0.05%(1/1840)。实施后风险事件、护理纠纷发生率明显低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理管理在医院护理管理中有着较好的应用效果,能改善护患关系,降低护理管理中风险事件和护理纠纷的发生率。 Objective To explore the application value of humanized nursing management in hospital nursing management, and provide the reference basis for the future research and development of human nursing management. Methods The hos-pital since 2013 to carry out humanistic care management, comparative analysis of the 2012 1-12 months before and after the implementation of the human nature of nursing management in January 2013-12 months after the implementation of the management of human care management. Results Before implementation, the nursing staff to the job satisfaction is 68.75%, the patient care satisfaction is 62.53%; after the implementation, the nursing staff to the job satisfaction is 99.17%, the pa-tient care satisfaction is 91.74%. After the implementation of nursing staff on job satisfaction and patient care satisfaction were significantly higher than before implementation (P〈0.05), the difference was statistically significant; the implementa-tion of the risk of incident rate was 1.18% (32/1860), the incidence of nursing disputes was 1.73% (22/1860), the incidence of risk events was 0.05% (1/1840), the incidence of nursing disputes was 0.05% (1/1840). After the implementation of risk events, nursing disputes occur rate lower than before the implementation of (P〈0.05), the difference was statistically signif-icant.Conclusion Humanistic nursing management in hospital nursing management has a good effect, can improve the nurse patient relationship, reduce the risk of nursing management in the occurrence rate of risk events and nursing disputes.
