2015年高校离退休职工颈椎健康状况评价

Health Status Evaluation of the Cervical Vertebra in the University in 2015

目的探究高校离退休老年人颈椎病的健康状况,给于健康指导和帮助,减少并发症的发生。方法采用普查方式对该校671名离退休人员进行2015年度(2015年5月6日—9月30日间)健康体检,收集离退休人员体检报告,就其中颈椎健康相关数据进行分类统计分析。结果该校离退休人员健康体检异常结果中颈椎异常排首位。颈椎片男女异常检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。70岁年龄段颈椎片异常检出率最高为77.94%,与其他年龄段相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该校离退休人员颈椎问题较为严重,颈椎病的预防和治疗,健康保健知识的普及显的尤为重要。

Objective To investigate the health of the retired elderly cervical disease, give guidance and assistance in health, reduce the incidence of complications. Methods Census way for me to school 671 retirees were year 2015 （May 6, 2015 to September 30 during the day） healthy, retirees collect the medical report, on which the cervical health related data disaggregated statistical analysis. Results Retirees school health examination abnormal results in abnormal cervical ranked first. Men and women abnormal cervical sheet detection rate, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. 70 years of age abnormal cervical sheet detection rate of up to 77.94%, compared with other age groups, the difference was sta-tistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion School retirees cervical problems are more serious, the prevention and treatment of cervical disease, universal health care knowledge was particularly important.
