摘要
目的探讨分层级管理模式和常规管理模式在ICU护理管理中的效果观察。方法选取2013年1月—2015年1月该院ICU诊治100例重症患者资料进行分析,将患者采用随机数字方法分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用常规管理模式,实验组实施分层级管理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果实验组基础护理、健康教育、病房管理、病历书写、护理操作以及总评分,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组49例满意,满意率为98.0%,显著高于对照组(45例满意,满意率为90.0%)(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护理管理中实施分层级管理模式效果理想,能够提高护理管理质量和患者满意率,值得推广应用。
Objective Discussion hierarchical management and general management mode Effect nursing management in ICU. Methods January 2013-January 2015 the hospital ICU patient care data were analyzed 100 cases of severe, patients were randomly divided into two groups method, 50 cases in each group. Conclusion ICU nursing management ideal for imple-menting hierarchical management model results, management can improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction rate, it should be widely applied.
