功效系数在儿童免疫规划疫苗全程接种率综合评价中的应用

目的应用功效系数评价儿童免疫规划疫苗全程接种率资料,为做好国家免疫规划疫苗接种工作提供参考依据。方法应用基于功效系数的分档法对2015年度第一季度某地儿童免疫规划疫苗全程接种率评价情况进行排序和分类分析。结果 2015年度第一季度各接种单位的排序结果为新建>土城子>民主>左家>兴华>东局子>孤店子>文庙>通江>双吉>桦皮厂>哈达>两家子>虹园村,新建、土城子、民主、左家、兴华、东局子、孤店子和文庙属于"好"水平,通江、双吉、桦皮厂和哈达属于"中"水平,两家子和虹园村属于"差"水平。结论应加强管理,采取各种措施,切实提高儿童免疫规划疫苗全程接种率水平,发挥免疫规划疫苗接种的作用。

Results Sort Results First quarter of fiscal 2015 was Xinjian〉 Tuchengzi〉 Minzhu〉 Zuojia〉 Xinghua〉Dongjuzi〉 Gudianzi〉 Wenmiao〉 Tongjiang〉 Shuangji〉Huapichang〉 Hada〉 Liangjiazi 〉 Hongyuan, Xinjian , Tuchengzi , Minzhu,Zuojia, Xinghua, Dongjuzi, Gudianzi and Wenmiao are＂good＂ level, Tongjiang, Shuangji, Huapichang and Hada be-long to＂medium＂ level, Liangjiazi and Hongyuan are＂poor＂ level. Conclusion We should strengthen the management, take various measures to improve children＇s immunization program vaccine inoculation rate of full play the role of EPI vaccina-tion.
