电子健康档案对社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人管理效果的研究分析

Research and Analysis of the Effect of Electronic Health Records on the Management of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients in Community

目的研究并探讨电子健康档案对社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的管理效果。方法选取100例社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行分组对比研究,选取自2013年1月—2015年1月。采取数字抽签法进行分组,各有50例。对照组患者采取延伸护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上建立电子健康档案。对比两组患者的肺功能、自我效能评分、生活质量评分。结果与对照组相比,护理后观察组患者的改善程度更加显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者出院后的自我效能评分改变幅度不明显(P>0.05),而对照组患者出院后的自我效能评分出现显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量总评分为(80.24±6.71)分,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的出院后护理中应用电子健康档案管理,能够有效改善患者的肺功能,促进患者的自我管理,提高其生活质量水平。

Objective To study the effect of electronic health records on the management of patients with chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease. Methods 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in community were selected from the group of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and from January 2013 to January 2015. Take the digital draw method to group, each has 50 cases. Patients in control group were treated with extended nursing, and on the basis of the control group, the patients in the observation group were set up the electronic health record. Compared with the two groups of patients with lung function, self efficacy score, quality of life score. Results Compared with the control group, the improvement of patients in the observation group was more significant （P〈0.05）. The self efficacy score of the patients in the observation group was not significantly changed（P〉0.05）, while the control group was significantly lower （P〈0.05）. The quality of life of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group , which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, which was（80.24±6.71）. Conclusion The application of electronic health records management in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the community, can effectively improve the patient＇s lung function, promote the patient＇s self-management, improve their quality of life level.
