摘要
诊所法律教育的深入发展、法学教学评价理论的转型及境外法律诊所教学评价的渗透,呼唤诊所法律教育教学评价的变革。教学评价变革的关键途径在于转变教学评价理念,坚持过程性评价,引入新的评价主体,扩大评价对象范围,科学划分教学活动的不同阶段。对已有教学评价进行修正,通过评价主体的多元性、评价内容的全面性及评价方法的多样性,实现由注重结果向既看重成效又关注过程的转变。
Further development of clinical legal education, the transformation of law teaching evaluation theory, and foreign legal clinic teaching evaluation infiltration call for the change in clinical legal education teaching evaluation. The key change is to change teaching evaluation philosophy, insisting on process evaluation, introducing new evaluation body, expanding the scope of the evaluation object, dividing scientifically different stages of teaching and learning activities. Through comprehensive and both the effect and amending existing teaching evaluation, the main evaluation body is made diverse, evaluation content evaluation methods various, so as to finish the transformation from focusing on results to focusing on process.
