诊所法律教育的深入发展、法学教学评价理论的转型及境外法律诊所教学评价的渗透,呼唤诊所法律教育教学评价的变革。教学评价变革的关键途径在于转变教学评价理念,坚持过程性评价,引入新的评价主体,扩大评价对象范围,科学划分教学活动的不同阶段。对已有教学评价进行修正,通过评价主体的多元性、评价内容的全面性及评价方法的多样性,实现由注重结果向既看重成效又关注过程的转变。
