摘要
目的:观察子痫前期(PE)孕妇血清可溶性细胞内皮糖蛋白(sEng)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体1(sFlt-1)、胎盘生长因子(PLGF)水平及脐动脉血流变化及其临床意义。方法:选取我院收治的中、重度PE孕妇各30例(观察1组、观察2组),采用双抗体酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA法)检测两组孕妇血清sEng、VEGF、PLGF、sFlt-1水平,并采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测脐动脉收缩末期峰值(S)与舒张末期峰值(D)比值(S/D)、脐动脉血流阻力指数(RI)变化,并设同期产检正常孕妇30例为对照组,进行对照比较。结果:观察1、2组血清sEng、sFlt-1水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察2组血清sEng、sFlt-1水平明显高于观察1组(P<0.05);观察1、2组血清VEGF、PLGF水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察2组血清VEGF、PLGF水平明显低于观察1组(P<0.05);观察1、2组孕妇脐动脉血流S/D、RI值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察2组孕妇脐动脉血流S/D、RI值明显高于观察1组(P<0.05)。结论:血清sEng、VEGF、sFlt-1、PLGF水平与PE病情具有相关性,检测其水平可准确判断PE严重程度;脐动脉血流测定亦可准确反映PE病情。
Objective: To observe sEng, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), placental growth factor (PLGF), and sFlt-1 levels, and umbilical artery blood flow change in the pregnant women with preeclampsia (PE), and their clinical sig- nificance. Methods.. A total of 60 pregnant women with moderate and severe PE admitted in our hospital were included in the study and divided into the observation group 1 and observation group 2 with 30 cases in each group. ELISA was used to detect the levels of serum sEng, VEGF, PLGF, and sFlt-1. The color Doppler Ultrasound Diagnosis Apparatus was used to detect the ratio of end-systole peak and end-diastole peak (S/D), and changes in resistance index (RI) of umbilical artery blood flow. A total of 30 healthy pregnant women who came for antenatal examination at the same period were served as the control group. Results: The levels of serum sEng and sFlt-1 in observation group 1 and 2 were significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). The levels of serum sEng and sFlt 1 in observation group 2 were significantly higher than those in observation group 1 (P〈0.05). The levels of serum VEGF and PLGF in observation group 1 and 2 were significantly lower than those in control group (P〈0.05). The levels of serum VEGF and PLGF in observation group 2 were significantly lower than those in observation group 1 (P〈0.05). The S/D, and RI in observation group 1 and 2 were significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). S/D and RI in observation group 2 were significantly higher than those in observation group 1 (P%0.05). Conclusions.. The serum sEng, VEGF, PLGF, and sFlt 1 levels are associated with PE, detection of which can accurately estimate the severity degree of PE, and determination of the umbilical artery blood flow can also accurately reflect PE condition.
