基于AHP法分析我国奶业危机影响因素

Factors related to our country dairy crisis——analysis based on AHP

运用层次分析法,对此次我国奶业危机影响因素进行了系统分析,结果表明,原料奶替代品—进口奶粉的价格优势和产业的一体化程度在所有的影响因素中权重最高,其次是原料奶替代品—进口奶粉的质量优势,并据此提出了相对对策建议。

at the beginning of 2015, the phenomenon of pouring milk reappeared in some areas of China. This article uses the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） to systematically analyze the factors relating to this year＇s dairy crisis in China. It shows that the substitute of raw milk -- the imported milk powder, its price advantage and the industrial integration have the highest weights among all the factors and the imported milk powder＇ s quality advantage follows. Some countermeasures are proposed based on these analysis.
