摘要
对基于定制需求的产品变型及优化设计原理和过程进行了阐述,对变型设计模块的开发进行了说明,利用Pro/TOOLKIT开发出了基于Pro/ENGINEER的变型设计模块,提出了一种基于定制需求的产品变型及优化设计方法。以曲轴为例,对上述方法进行了验证。
This paper describes the principles and process of product variant optimized design based on customized needs and ex- pounds the development of variant design modules. A variant design module based on Pro / ENGINEER is developed by using Pro / TOOLKIT has been developed. Besides, a method of product variant and optimized design based on the customized needs is proposed. Finally, taking crankshaft as an example, the above - mentioned method is verified.
